I believe I had talked a little about the building standing in a lot with no road access in the town of Tolstachaolais (Simcity 2013). Today, I present a short close look at it.
First off, here is a screenshot where the building is identified as "The BIg Jug Building". The game claims that its occupants have a concern about crime. I suppose that since they have no road on which to get away from the building then perhaps they are feeling a bit beseiged.
In a previous post I stated that there was a small strip of asphalt leading into the building. It appears I didn't look close enough. I was looking at a car.
And the car is not stationary. Here its place has been taken by a vehicle of a different colour.
